Person 3: 2/10. Very helpful, although the occasional flame.
Person 4: 4/10. Spammer. You spam quite a lot. Although you are helpful from time to time.
3/10 (not borderline mod, but not out at the average/zero of 5), first of your posts I've seen, and although I'd like to introduce you to the Shift key, I don't spy any troubles atm.
