I just wanted to tell those who didn't know, and I hope no one has already done this... (checks other forums).

As I said on his profile, We'll all miss him (if you don't, then you obviously aren't part of we).

Dang! Why's NoName retiring?! He's a cool guy! Even though he banned me... Still he's a great mod!

It is unfortunate that NoName is retiring. He was helpful throughout the forums and also followed the rules of locking "bad threads" so he was a great mod, and he will be missed.

Hmm....if he really is retiring....here's a poem.

Nemo
The figure without a single name,
Worked secretly without the fame.
One to keep the City proper,
From the nobles to the pauper.
One who may or may not be missed,
To fade off as if he never exists.
But whatever the choice of last words,
The title withdrawn the legacy conferred,

What did you do wrong?

I don't know what tennis did wrong, but I wish that you wouldn't be talking about replacing NoName when this thread is to commemorate his resign.
He's leaving and all some people can think about is taking his place.
Shame on your soul.

This is the third mod to retire, I believe.
Asherlee and DragonMistress were the other two.
All I can say is, he WILL be missed.

Yes he will be missed. He was great mod, quite helpful in stopping the spam

Too bad he has retired

And as goumas said, ubertuna is off and on. I don't know how much longer these forums will become stable. Is this site going to the dumps like miniclip?

Back on topic, I hope everyone realises that a lot of the reason that makes AG fun is the mods. Without them, there will be no order, and spammers, flamers, and trolls will rise to the occasion and take care of AG (in the bad way).

I have to say that they do great job if we consider that are only 4 (with Ubertuna), the others aren't almost active at all. So I hope that they can keep up the good work.

Now we really only have Strop, Zophia, Carlie, and Ubertuna.

Well, if you want to be fair, UT didn't return as well as I thought he would, but you are completely forgetting.....ESTEL! Estel is also active, just not too "Posty"

As Perslos said there is Estel too, I have saw once
Moegreche too, but are too few for a site of 100's of active members.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Don't worry about there being one less moderator. The moderators only enforce the rules and clean up the messes people make. The rest of the community are the ones who mold ArmorGames into what it is.

The only difference between an ideal member and a moderator is that a moderator waves a big stick around while the member keeps quiet and vanquishes spam by becoming an example. Those who are never seen correcting spam, help prevent it the most by ignoring it or pointing it out to a moderator in private (on their profile). Try to do this, and you won't even notice I'm gone!

This thread is getting a bit mushy. Farewell!

And as requested by Nemo, I am here to lock the thread, thereby saving it from drowning in its own sentimentalism :P
