This is how I see it: laser infantrymen. Heat seeking nukes. Robots. What do you think?

I think it should be somewhere between now and 30 years from now. Warfare 2025

Bio-Terrorists, if that make any sense XD. They could be like Sudan Hussein as an umm... robot? in the near future.

I'd prefer warfare 2012 as thinking of the destruction of Earth, and you command the human troops to defeat the invading alien troops, and vice-versa.

Robots, no. Robots suck. I wouldn't get to excited about the next Warfare installment. I didn't find 1944 as fun because it was to difficult and besides, we all know that none of us here will have any influence whatsoever on the next installment of Warfare.

1917 was much harder than 1944 especially because in 1917 there was no aspect of flanking and taking the center strategies...but there's no way it would be in the future as humanity as a whole has learned that line combat is a waste of soldiers, resources, and time. That's why we invented camouflage and snipers, so that our forces aren't in direct combat. Vietnam was not a line combat war, neither is the Iraq war and chances are that any wars in the future will not be wars of direct engagement except for brief skirmishes.
