He said that there wasn't that many action scenes.
I heard that they toned it down so that the last two movies could be more intense. At least that's what it sounded like in an article I read.
I only liked one HP movie, and it was the first one...
I hated that one so much <.< Mostly because of the horrible lighting in a lot of the scenes. I liked the third one, and the fifth one. I'm hoping that the new one will be good.

The first one was the WORST of the lot! The director really didn't have much of a vision and everything just looked drab and boring - *too* faithful to the book. I felt that Alfonso Cuaron did a MUCH BETTER job with the third movie. Also, the acting in the first one was SO bad except for Tom Felton (Malfoy) and Emma Watson (Granger).
I haven't seen the HBP yet though. Am looking forward to seeing it.
iv seen it and to be honest iw as rather disapointed , the general first half of the film was pretty good but they added in a scene wich was never in the book and it feles like at the ending theyeve cut it down too much ( for example the large battle with the death eaters that happens when dumbeldore is killed in the book never happens in the film and you never see a funeral) it feels as if they have taken thier time and done the firstpart well but crammed half the story into the last 20mins
I might want to see it. The 5th movie was the worst out of all of them, considering following the storyline of the book counterpart... I hope the 6th one will follow the storyline of the book when I go see it.
It was more of a chick-flick than anything in my opinion. It had its moments, were it related to the book, but other than that, I'd give it a 2.5 out of 5.

My rating is:
1. 5 stars 2. 5 stars 3. 4.5 stars 4. 4 stars 5. 1 star (it was like watching a VCR tape in fast-forward!) 6. 5 stars!
I just saw it a few hours ago. I mean, sure, they added some stuff, but they did a much better job than they did with the 5th movie...THAT one was painful to watch. The only good thing they did there was make you hate Umbridge a LOT.
My problems with 6th:
1. Mumbling 2. Acting started out bad...got good later, though 3. How badly they screwed up the lake scene...would it've killed them to remain faithful to the book there (at least visually)? 4. Everyone was pale 5. It was the first HP-related media EVER to have an omniscient camera. In all the books, movies, and games previous it has been third person, limited, with Harry. They kind of killed that. 6. They totally demolished all possible ambiguity about Ron and Hermione. I mean, come on, they're not supposed to be a full-blown couple yet!
The main thing I liked:
1. Alan Rickman...his acting is always the best "You.....just..........know...?"
Overall, this movie was one of the best by-far, IMO.

It's important to be faithful to the story but just don't be like Chris Columbus. Anyway, if I were to watch it, it'd be mostly for Alan Rickman! That guy really rocks as Snape! Oh and I thought that after book 4, all the other books were crappy full of unnecessary bits.
He said that there wasn't that many action scenes.
There really wasn't, no real fight scenes or anything. I didn't like that dumbledore died so easily, there was no fight, no struggle, it was dissapointing
This newest one sounds like something I'd rather not watch, from reviews here. I actually liked, out of the ones I've seen, which are all of them but the newest one, is The Prisoner of Azkaban.
