See, this thread has no single topic. I may want to talk about crime, someone else may want to talk about Iran or the bears. There is just WAY TOO MUCH HERE!
Two gay porn actors were charged with murdering rival porn executive Bryan Kocis in an alleged scheme to work with 'Every Poolboy's Dream' actor Sean Lockhart (pictured), known in the adult entertainment industry as Brent Corrigan. Police believe Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes tricked Kocis into meeting with them on Jan. 24, 2007, then slashed Kocis' throat, stabbed him 28 times and burned his body and home to conceal the crime. Cuadra and Kocis were extradited to Pennsylvania on July 17, 2007, and will face trial in a Luzerne County court.

Adrienne Samen, 18, allegedly drank so much on her wedding day in Connecticut that she wound up shouting at the restaurant employees at her reception before storming out. When police arrived, she cursed them and gave them the finger, and when they put Samen in the police cruiser, she allegedly bit the cop who tried to place a seat belt on her. She was charged with criminal mischief and breach of peace and was released after posting bail.
New York Giants receiver Plaxico Burress was partying at the Latin Quarter nightclub in New York when he shot himself in the leg with a .40-caliber Glock semiautomatic pistol. The November 29 mishap led to a world of troubles for Burress, including an emergency room visit, suspension without pay from the team, and charges on two counts of illegal weapons possession. Police also executed a search warrant on his Totowa, N.J., home, and found a 9 mm handgun, a rifle, and assorted ammo. If convicted, Burress faces a minimum of 3.5 years in prison.

Coming not so soon to a theater to you:
Percy Jackson and the Olympians movie due date is February 5th, 2010. Fans are disappointed by the long wait, and by the cast. Annabeth will be played by 23 year-old Alexandra Daddario. Now let's remember that Annabeth is 12 years old ! And there is a relationship between Annabeth and Percy ( will be played by Logan Lerman). A teenager with a 23 year old just doesn't work! No matter how short and young looking she is! For more info on this visit: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0814255/fullcredits#cast

On July 5th history was made. Roger Federer won his 15th Grand Slam. He broke Pete Sampras's record of 14. If that wasn't enough, he also broke another record that day. He played the longest final (in games played) in tennis history against Andy Rodd ick. The final score was Roger Federer def. Andy Rodd ick 5-7, 7-6, 7-6, 3-6, 16-14. I know, pretty amazing. Also, earlier in the year at the Roland Garros (French Open, the 2nd Grand Slam of the year) he went and won that, completing the career grand slam (winning all 4 grand slams in your career). Roger Federer also holds the record for most Grand Slams Semi-final appearances in a row. I believe it is 23 in a row. He has also made it into 20 career grand slam finals. Some other interesting records Roger Federer holds are that he has won 5 straight Wimbledon's, tying Bjorn Borgs record before being defeated to Rafael Nadal the next year. He also has the record for most consecutive U.S. Open championships (5). He will try to keep that record in August. Good luck Roger to all of your other achievements.
p.s. Roger Federer is my all time favorite tennis player.
