If there were to be a nuclear war, do you think that the government would evacuate cities and send people to fallout shelters? Or would they just ensure the safety of political party members and people like the president and let everyone else die? Or would they ensure the safety of both?
True, I guess I meant technical positives. Such as the threat is so large that some countries actually know the risks and do not want to start a nuclear war.
I think that the only way to star a nuclear war is by human fault or some army officer/leader/terrorist is so insane that wants to kill all humanity to achieve his goals.
There are many ways to start a nuclear war. During the cold war, Nikita Khruschev from Russia threatened to launch missiles from Cuba over to the US. It never happened though.
