Just keep drinking DARK coffee I guess. It's not a bad thing to be tall. You need about 2 or 3 inces to be as tall as me and I'm gonna be 17 in 5 days.
tennis should be 7'0 by the time he stops growing at 22. You don't stop growing till then. For me on the other hand I haven't grown in the past 2 or 3 years. I have been in between 5'9 and 5'10 for that long.
Well 5 foot 7 would be normal for someone with parents like yours. But in the grand scheme of things 5,7 isn't that tall. In a few others will have caught up. I had the opposite problem, I was vrey short but I've caught up, I'm sorry for the basic, patroising school-nurse style puberty speech but normally people will even up and 12 is too young to be worrying about your height. You might keep growing to over 6 foot (though from your dads height it is unlikely) Ot you could stop growing now and stay 5,7.
K , ill start drinking dark coffee. But for me, its bad being tall! the worst thing that happened is that a girl broke-up with me because she said I started to be too tall for her. At first, when I ask her out, she was like 4,12 and me 5 foot. Now , big differences! I was 5,6 I think and he she was 5 foot!
Tennisman, well I'm being called gigantic. And yes, I still think this is a problem. Being taller then all the sec 2 when I'm only a 6th grader!
Well , for my future, 5,10 to 6.5 foots is ok... Ill be like 7 foot in the future! Maybe... I just hope ill stop growing like at the age of 15!

I'm 14 & 5'... 9? I think? I'm one of the taller kids, but everyone at my school is either freakishly short or freakishly tall, so I'm nothing special. >_>

Samdawghomie, 5,9 only? I'm also gonna be taller then him for sure! Tennisman, I know it makes me good at sports but I prefer my life then sports. What I mean about my life is my friends, family etc... Ligaboy, Oh ya, I mant 5,11.

Im taller then my friends. My tallest 12 year old best friend is Rex and he is like 5,5... thats just tall, not huge.
The_manta, you are like my brother so ya...If you we're at my school, you will be normal too. The shortest person in my primary school in 6th grade is Robert and he is about 4,6 or 4,7.

Genetically speaking it is most likely you will be somewhere between your mum and dad. So over 6 foot would be unlikely. I'm not entirely sure where you are from but (sorry) 5,7 isn't "gigantic" and your classmates/"whatever" are being a bit harsh.
