Everyone grows at different rates. Though you are tall for your age, it sounds to me like you had a growth spurt. This means that you will grow only a few inches more before you hit your mid 20s.
If you think there is a way to actually stunt your growth by what you eat and drink, pfft, it's not that easy and you should give up. I suggest you chop off your shins and glue your toes to your knees if you really want to be shorter.
to stunt your growth you must mess with your hypoglycen (if i remember right) that controls your pituitary gland which gives off hormones including growth
