i think they UNDERRATED brawl, because they gave it a 9.5 because it doesnt have good internet, a feature lots of games with 10s dont even have

apparantly ur taking that opinion from
how bad the single player campaign is
the online capabilities saved the game and the entire series so the game isnt overrated
if any game was overrated it would probably be bioshock
