That's where the neutral 5 comes in... Pity people rate fame here aswell.... If you don't know someone, you don't DISRESPECT him, nor RESPECT him.... That leaves half/max = 5/10

Precisely, if you don't know someone, you can't respect them, therefore you give them 0. Your whole 'neutral five' system doesn't make sense. Disrespect a person, give them a minus.
