People, I'm really sorry about the long delay. You can call me king procrastinator.
First Story is by Moat, about a nightmare that happened a few days ago.
The Video Catastrophe
On Monday, August 10th, a user called *Name withheld* posted a thread with a link. It was called "3 Guys, 1 Hammer". And when members of AG clicked the link or c/ped the address, they were horrified at what they saw. Two young men brutally torturing and murdering a helpless old man. When researched via wikipedia, members discovered that this was, in fact, a real video. The thread was immediately deleted by a mod. But for some, the damage was done. Those unfortunate few who c/ped or clicked before the thread was removed from AG felt they were scarred from the viewing of the video. I interviewed a few of the people who viewed the video. This is what they had to say:

A:I think they should be kick off AG.

A:Punishment... At first, I thought the user should get a permaban. But, he did apologize profusely, and even wanted the thread deleted. I suppose a temp. ban would have done him good, but I don't think any punishment was given.
Qid you have any trouble sleeping or anything else after viewing it?
A:I have trouble sleeping every night, but I don't think I even slept after that. It was terrible what they did to that man...

A: I thought it was one of the most disgusting videos I've ever seen. I f I were the judge, I would have sentenced those monsters to death by flogging.

A: A good ole fashion execution. Also known as the permaban. It is inexcusable. It falls under the same category as porn. Instant permaban. He's lucky he met a more merciful mod. Some others would have gone with permanent.
Q: Did you lose sleep or anything else over it?
A: Yes it did make me lose sleep. I only went to sleep at 4 in the morning because of it. I woke up 6 hours later >: (
Moatarmorgamer created a thread entitled "The Video" talking about the video for the people who had seen it. There was much anger and pain in that thread. It was then deleted by Moegreche(name can be removed). And we have all learned a valuable lesson here, members: never click or c/p a link or address without verifying its content. Should the video contain material inappropriate for AG, report it to a moderator. The ArmorGames Insider and its staff sincerely hope that nothing like this ever happens again, and that the members of AG will read our warning and obey it. And we also hope that now that people have seen what videos such as that can do to people, they will no longer post it on a PG-13 site.

Second is also by Moat, itâs our 'crime watch' of sorts.
ArmorGames has a low spammer, troller, flamer rate(for such a popular website, that is)as we all know. This of course, due to the hard work of our excellent moderators, administrators, and of course, our players(SHOPS in particular). However, some still get through. So we present to you the STFWL: Spammer, Troller, Flamer Watch List. This will include any recent acts of spamming, trolling, or flaming that the AG Insider is aware of, so that you know what's been happening about that.
Troller Report: Where do we start? Several trolling threads have been created, making fun of certain people, races, or religious views. Sometimes, these people do not intend to troll and are accidentally doing so. They simply went a little too far in the Religion, World Events, Politics forum in their arguments. Most of these, however, were locked or deleted. Tips if you see a troll:
1. IGNORE THEM. They want you to get mad and reply, that's why they're trolling.
2. Flag their comments and report them to a moderator. Just reporting the problem right away is the best thing to do, so it can be taken care of.
3. Be careful what you say back to them. I know the first rule is not to reply, but we've all gotten mad and replied to a troller before. So just be careful you don't turn into one too.
Spammer Report: Multiple spammers have been popping up, most noticeably in the Tavern or Forum Games. Here are some noticeable spammers (names withheld)
This was just last night. Two users posted disgusting pictures in the Tavern that had absolutely nothing to do with the subject at hand. The pictures were quickly deleted by a mod, however.
This was not very recent, but still quite noticeable. A spammer simply put trollish comments, flames, and page-long posts comprised of nothing but a single letter repeated over and over in all caps. He even created a thread honoring himself. Sadly, this thread reached an 8 page length. Tips if you see a spammer:
1. DO NOT reply with comments such as "you suck" or "get out of here". These are spam comments themselves.
2. Report them to a moderator. As always, this is what to do if you see something like that. Anything against the rules, report it and then ignore it. Simple.
Flamer Report: Fortunately, I have not encountered a flamer recently or noticeably enough to go into the newspaper. However, here are tips for if you do encounter a flamer:
1. Ignore them. Just like trollers, these people are mean and just looking for attention.
2. Report them. That way, the mods can take care of their comments.

Now my AMW report, as I always do.
The Who is your best ArmorMatch thread by Klaushouse is doing quite well. The first four of five pages are hilarious, I must tell you. Many people have joined it so far, and Klaushouse is formulating the questionnaire right now.
Bronzeâs Random Art is Bronzesâ art thread where he draws random stuff. At the moment he is drawing people for them. He is a very good artist and I recommend taking a look at his thread.
Another contest sprang up today, this one by Jdoggparty, where he gives a theme and you must draw an armatar that correlates with the theme. The judges are Jdoggparty, Lolonage2 and Fluffybunny422.
Fluffybunny422 also created a contest on August 5th, in which contestants have to modify a picture given to them using any means necessary. The judges are Fluggybunny422, Moatarmorgamer and TSL3_needed.
The Morbid Literature thread is a community thread that allows anyone to post their darker inner thoughts. It is very popular and has some very good writings.
TSL3sâ Darkness is my own personal thread that failed. Itâs not great obviously, but take a look at it for me. Please?
