Well, this is going to be my newspaper. Lets start off with the rules of posting. Do not post spam. What is spam? Useless short post that have little relevance to the topic at hand.
Do not post stories. All stories must be written by someone with at least 1,000 posts (Exceptions will be given to highly respected members). Once you have done this, email them to me at nimitz96@gmail.com. I will review them and potentially post them in an issue. Only three freelance stories per issue.
That's it, those are the rules of posting.
There will be the first issue, posted at 12:00pm on Friday, July 31st, 2009.
All issues will run in seasons of sorts. There will be twelve issues per season with a seven day period between seasons. Issues are tri-daily, meaning that they come once every three days.
Here are the list of current official 'employees':
Anyone else who wishes to join has to have at least 1,000 posts to qualify for an editor role, if not they get secondary editor (Less likely to get their stories put in, but still more than freelance)
Here is the official list of features (More will be added in time)
Updates on the various art, writing, poetry and music threads in the AMW section. Riddles/puzzles Popular debates Popular RPGs New RPGs Awards A comic A contest update Video Games
This will evolve with time. Getting better and more organized. So bear with me.
And to all freelance writers, USE PROPER GRAMMAR! It will not be accepted otherwise. You can resubmit it after revision. Occasional mistakes are allowed though. I can correct those myself.
Finally, all editions will be released at either 12:00pm US Central Time, or 6:00pm US Central Time.
Expect the first issue to be a little choppy. It's more or less a test. Not really an actual issue.
TSL3 can I have a different job. Instead or handling the Big Debates could I be in charge of flash games on the site? Like new games and popular games?

Headline Poll/Story: By bretttrumpour, Vice Director and Chief Editor, August 3, 2009 Rate the users fame above you biggest thread on AG? And why is it so popular? ================================================== Rate the usersâ fame above you was made by a user named hellian00 on Aug 24, '08 at 11:33am. This topic was posted in the popular section forum games on Armor Games with a hit of over 12000 posts and 145000 views. This topic has spread threw Armor Games as people get rated from 0-10. Why would people bother to post in this topic well I did a few interviews and here is what I got from people. Green12324 said-"Mostly because they want to see what people think of them, how popular they are". Graham said-"it's a way of judging another's importance. A thing people LIKE doing a lot" loloynage2 said-"...b/c you don't need to think, and type a lot. So people will post of laziness. But why this one? Because its fun too! You can see your fame from another players perspective..." Dacer said- "the rating threads bring out a part of us that gives us a sort of power over many. simply put, we like the fact that we can judge someones fame, all though our posts mean near to nothing. In the end we still post for the thrill of judging, and the secondary thrill of being judged. it's also a nice way to pass the time when your bored and got nothin much to do." So Iâm leaving it up to you AG members to decide why is the "Rate the users fame above you so popular"?
Debate News: Frylock19's popular "Great Band Debate" Has made it to Round 3. These 8 bands have made it: Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Eagles, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Queen, The Police, and Def Leppard. These bands have to battle another band in votes. THe first to 10 or 15 votes wins. This debate started out with 32 bands to see which was the greatest of all-time. That is, according to the users of Armor Games. These 32 bands will face off 1 vs. 1 in four brackets made with 8 bands. The winners of each bracket, the last 4 bands left, will then be re-seeded. Led Zeppelin is one of the favorite bands right now. Winning against the Allman Brothers Band 11-2. Aerosmith finished off Metallica in a close battle right after slaughtering Kiss. They ended up winning 18-12. The Eagles also one in a close match. The final was 13-8 against The Who. The Rolling Stones made a comeback against Nirvana and finished by blowing them out 24-10. There is some history for several of the remaining bands. By Jdoggparty, Debate Editor, August 1, 2009

Headline News: Just recently the current (now former) judge of the Poetry Contest, wistress, resigned from her position as the judge of the contest due to discouraging statements from the people who entered and sickness.
And here are some thread updates: A couple of new writing and art threads have surfaced today. These include ones from Jdoggpartys' art thread, where he posts his different types of art. Krizaz's' arts thread where he posts his different types of art such as stories, art, etc. Another one is VoteSocialists' (obviously) socialist story thread where he posts stories relating to socialism (no doubt), and sticking to his roots will probably let other use it as well, so long as it's socialist Iâd imagine. NDfans' arts thread where he puts his different writings and drawings. Apparently he's jeffwak906, but I donât know much on it. Finally Jdoggparty created a thread where you post a picture and he 'weirdifies' it, adding special effects and modifying it, very similar to Moabarmorgamers' Twisted Pictures Machine.
And for my finale, Iâm writing on Moabarmorgamers' "The Adventures of Armor Games: The Search".
With the permission of TSL3_needed, Moabarmorgamer decided to create his now (at least I think) famous story, "The Adventures of Armor Games: The Search", which was based on peoples' submitted characters and is based on the common battle of good versus evil. The thing that makes this story stand out of the crowd and definitely stand out from its' counterpart, "The Spam Wars", is its' speed of which chapters were released, which to some was great but to others ruined some of the suspense that came with such an interesting story. It has gotten very good reviews from the people who read it, and is one that I personally recommend reading. He just released the last chapter so anyone who wants to read it can find the entire story on page ten of his thread. Just recently he announced that he is writing the second book and is currently accepting new characters. This time he will accept an unlimited number of characters but will pick whichever ones he finds best for the part. Go submit a character if you wish to try and take part in the next part of this great series.
Sincerely, TSL3_needed, Bretttrumpour and Jdoggparty.
