Recently, I've been having trouble getting up in the morning. I wake up at 10 from my alarm, turn it off thinking 5 more minuites, and then fall asleep to awake at 1:00 PM to my dad saying WTF why aren't you up yet?!?!?
One time I went to bed at 9:00 PM and woke up at 10:00 AM and had the same scenario.
I can't really control myself to get up, It's so hard... There isn't even an argument in my head. In the back of it I know I want to get up, but the urge to keep sleeping so strong!
My ex was an insomniac that she couldn't sleep at all until she just dropped from exhaustion. Like when you try to stay awake in s chool and you just like black out. But yeah, other than that insomniacs can't sleep.
You drink a lot of water or your favourite drink, not something that can give u energy and when you wake up the urge to pee will be stronger than the urge to go back to sleep or you can get someone to force you out of bed.

I have the same problems once, I sleep in my class, the teachers angry, but I can't get up for 5 hours, when I wake up there is nobody in my class. Next day the teachers ask me why I can't wake up? I'm just way too tired, it's a black-out or automatic shut-down (before our body get a real trouble).
loli have sleep problems too... only instead of consistently falling asleep, i usually CAN'T fall asleep unless i am completely tired... which usually doesn't happen until like 2 AM
I know exactly what you mean...maybe your problem is you have no motivation to get up, not sure what your status is but a GF will really motivate you to get up, and maybe a job, thats if you dont get fired for sleeping in and being late...but hey if you have no worries sleep away life is always better in your dreams...lol....
Sleep is so nice feeling. Waking up and feeling that rested is great but I always set my alarm clock for lets say, 6:15. Then I set the 3 alarms on my phone for 6:20 6:30 and 6:45. That why after hearing all those alarms it really does sort of wake you up. Jump in the shower straight away after waking up, that makes your tiredness go right away.
