Spamming: General annoyance with a short or off topic response, often in repetition.Flaming: Purposeful bashing of sex, race, religion or individual.Trolling: The purposeful creation or purposeful messages to incite flaming, although not always successful.

In AG spamming is posting short, unrelated posts though. I think mine talked about sending emails that try to exploit people's information.
I think the links provided by Green are more than adequate. No "official" definition can exist, since these terms are simple and broad descriptives.
