Before you comment, please, read everything, I'm sure that after you read, your life will be changed.

In the following sentences I will explain how stupid is to not believe in God, and I'm gonna use logical thinking and science.

Either "Everything came from nothing", like the "big bang" , witch is impossible, because nothing can only make nothing, or "Something always existed and made everything" like God.

God made this world, by this world I mean time, space and matter, so if God made this world, He lives outside of time, space and matter which means He's eternal, omnipresent and all-powerful.

For those of you who say that the big bang made the universe, I have this sentence: Nothing is the cause of it's own existence.
This doesn't apply to God, because if He doesn't lives in time, He didn't had a beginning, He always existed.
If the universe always was then, we could not reach this moment in time, if something is trapped in time, that means it had a beginning.

Every change that happens everywhere in the universe it's more closer to destruction.
Second law of thermodynamics:
The energy available after a chemical reaction is less than that at the beginning of a reaction; energy conversions are not 100% efficient.
The disorder in the universe always increases.
With each change in form, some energy is degraded to a less useful form and given off into the surroundings, usually as low-quality heat.
The Second Law of Thermodynamics is commonly known as the Law of Increased Entropy. While quantity remains the same, the quality of matter/energy deteriorates gradually over time. How so? Usable energy is inevitably used for productivity, growth and repair. In the process, usable energy is converted into unusable energy. Thus, usable energy is irretrievably lost in the form of unusable energy.

If God didn't made life, then how did non-life, became life?
As I said, nothing is the cause of it's own existence, life comes from life, your parents were alive when they made you.

Did you knew that a 2x2 inch capacity full with someone's DNA can sustain 6000000000 times more information then a 140 GB hard drive?
I guess you didn't knew, did evolution made your DNA?
God made your DNA, of course!

What about the monkeys?
If we evolved from them, why they stayed as they are? they took a long coffee break, I guess.

What about the fossils?
The scientists say that it takes millions and billions and zilions of years for living tissue to become a fossil, well here's 2 pictures with a cawboy's leg fossilized, enjoy

After all I have showed you, now I'm gonna say that you should accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, because He died for our sins and He didn't ask something from us, just to love our brothers and sisters and to believe in Him.
Anyone can ask for forgiveness as long as he or she is not dead, no matter what they did God can forgive them, if they repent from theirs sins and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
God is mercyful and just, His justice is not denyed by His mercy and this is the reason why God sent His Son Jesus to pay the price for us.

John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."

also, ask yourself this question: could god create a rock he could not move? think about it.

To play Devil's Advocate for a second . . . that really isn't a valid argument against the existence of a god. Because if the Christian god does exist and is how he's described in the Bible, he would be above logic, so logic wouldn't apply to him - making the answer to that question moot.

I'm not sure if I'm making any sense right now, but if such a being is truly all-powerful, he's all-powerful - meaning that he could life a rock he couldn't lift and it would be possible.

For the record, I'm agnostic. I just wanted to play DEvil's Advocate for a little while.

that's exactly my point though, there are so many contradictions.

if he created the world, how can he not keep the source of life, the sun, from killing people?

But my point is, in the grand scheme of the idea that there is an all-powerful supreme being, all contradictions about his power would be moot if he exists - he could create a rock he couldn't lift and still be all-powerful. It's because if such a being exists, he would be above logic and above any modicum of human comprehension - so much so that any sort of rule we make up or discover that applies to everything else could be broken easily by such a being with no ill effects.

We can question the existence of the being with logic, but not the being itself, if the being exists.

If that makes sense, which it probably doesn't.

if he created the world, how can he not keep the source of life, the sun, from killing people?

IF he created the world (which I personally don't believe he did) then the answer would be the same if he didn't create the world - Earth's ozone layer and magnetic field are what prevent the sun from killing us. If he created the world or not, the answer would be the same - the means is what isn't constant, not the end or the how behind the working of the end.

which is exactly why these religions are viewed as made to control people. there's no end to the one-uping, if you argue against it they just say that god is beyond understanding, which is the worst parry to an attack against religion.

I understand that - in fact, I'm in total agreement. I'd estimate at least 1,000 of my posts on this site are in debating with a religious person about god, and it's a commonly played card. It's annoying. Don't be mistaken - I'm much. much in agreement with Karl Marx in that I think religion is the opiate of the masses. I think it's a valid remark if you add the 'if he exists' in there, because there's a hell of a lot of uncertainty surrounding the existence of a god. But if a person says that as if it's indisputable fact, then it's utterly illogical and can't be legitimately used as a point.

i was more arguing over the specifics of religion. because we can argue with ignorants whose only proof of Jesus being a savior is pictures of really old boots, but we'll never get anywhere.

i believe that religion that can be improved so that it has a positive effect on society, but that would include destroying 50-80% of the world's beliefs, and they just aren't willing to do that.

WE won't get anywhere in the argument ever. It's because if a person grows up with a certain belief, that person is not exactly wont to change that belief.

Religion has already had both a negative and positive effect on society. In my opinion, religion's good runs parallel to its evil - we can get rid of the evil and keep the good in it, for example. Religion is a mixed bag morally.

Can god create a rock he can not lift? Well there in lies the problem of omnipotence. If he was able to create said rock then the very fact he was unable to lift it would contradict being all powerful. However at the same time being unable to create such a rock would also contradict such abilities. So an omnipotent anything would be a logical fallacy, thus can not exist.

I said this earlier - that's not necessarily true. You're assuming that omnipotent has a limit; it doesn't. If something is omnipotent, it can literally do anything. An omnipotent being could create a rock it couldn't lift, and still be omnipotent. Because if an omnipotent being exists, that being is above logic and therefore immune to fallacies. Of course, an omnipotent being most likely doesn't exist.
