14^up, Although there are some people i know who have had sex at 13, but w/e 14 and up sounds ok as long as its secret and consensual, condoms involved =P.

I mean if tehy're consensuals, with wondoms and everything to be safe, 14 is a bit unmature...
In France it's 18 I guess, though I don't really know...
