Oh yeah well by that logic there shouldn't be a world events, politics and religon section.

If you think that sports come even close to being as important to the world and everyone as politics, world events and religion, then maybe you shouldn't be on the forums and should be rethinking your life?

Sports go under popular media. It isn't necessary to have a section just for sports.

Klaushouse needs to lighten up. Sports are a great way to ease people away from tradgedies,just look at how the 2001 World Series eased the 9/11 transition.

Sports isn't just media.

Sorry I was thinking just in terms of watching sports on television of going to a game.

It isn't needed. The other sections of the forum can be used to place the thread you would like. Pop. Media and the Tavern are perfectly suitable.

There really should be a sports forum. Popular media is movies,art,music. Sports should have it's own forum.

I guess it could go in The Tavern,but not very many people respond to forum posts when their in there.

Alright. Since it isn't blatantly obvious enough I will outline why sports sections are needed.

-This is ArmorGames. The antithesis of video games is sports. So why would we have sports here?
-Compared to every other forum not dealing with games, sports are unimportant and not worth an entire forum to itself.
-Adding to the last point, AG has stated clearly that they are trying to keep the forums simple, because it's an attractive feature for children, aka their target audience.
-Sports forums aren't popular. That is a plain fact. We are online on a game site, not enough people care for sports to be active on a sports forum , it isn't viable.
-Anything sports related that should actually be a thread can easily fit into another category on the site.

There are many more points I could put out, but I don't need any. The bottom line is AG has the last call on this, not you, and they have decided that it's not happening, sorry.
