Once you become a 'senior citizen', you must attend a clinic every 5 years that educates you on how to end your own life. Also, if you develop a life-long disease you must attend another one of these clinics with the same purpose.
So Death Panels may be a bit of a stretch, but this is certainly not right to put in this bill. This is an outrage, and if it passes, the public will find out soon, and when they do...
Would you be more specific in where you saw the "how to end your own life" part? You make it sound like telling people to commit suicide.
I read through 6 pages following where you said to start, and all I saw made sense. You know, when people get old they do end up dieing, and having clinics every 5 years to help people think about making up wills, preparing their own memorial services, and doing everything needed to make passing easier on surviving relatives have an easier time of it actually strikes me as a really good idea.

first of all how will it bankrupt our government? We're going to be able to pay for it by taking out revenue we DON'T need like failing and useless military research, tax cuts for the wealthy, and tighter regulation on the big businesses. Everyone will have to pay taxes to pay for it but the upper class will be paying most of it and probably won't even notice an increase in their taxes >.>
2nd of all, how is it crazy to provide health care for everyone and make sure they get the help they need?
3rd of all, how do you think it will fail? Canada has been using this method for decades if I'm not mistaken and their health care system is ranked one of the best in the world.
Again, for anyone who thinks the bill has anything to do with "universal health care" like it's done in Canada, think again.
