This one is almost equivalent to comparing a Bugatti Veyron with a Rolls Royce Phantom (Ok, I know that was lame).
Honestly, though, Kratos is a demi-god out for revenge. He's extremely powerful. Master chief is a bionic soldier who can take out a whole race without a scratch. It seems evenly matched, but I'd be more inclined towards Master Chief just because he has advanced weaponry and intelligent AI at his disposal.

I see Kratos and MC working together which is more likly. There both Spartans. One is futureistic and one is an orginal Spartan. Differant time lines but there still Spartans.
