I think Kratos would win. While they both are excellent fighters, Kratos has no inhibitions and is willing to do whatever it takes to win.

Initially, I said I'm slightly inclined towards Master Chief. However, after a little research, I've found that Mr. Demi-God Kratos, is extremely potent, he could rip apart a person's (read: demi-god) skull with his bare hands. So, I conclude that the battle is evenly matched, for now.

It can tear through just about anything. And the explosion is phenomenal.

ok and even tho master chief has guns, Kratos still is an invincible god, and its impossible to kill a god (in real mmythology)
