What happened to colony I cant find it

i think colony may have been patched or re uploaded

but yea after a couple tests, armory > gen > outpost
is the fastest build for getting hovers.
u get 3 initial hovers.

actally i didnot start it. i said colony was not appearing. well i just restartied my cp and it works fine everything. iwill be on colony in a little whilee
