So, since my last competition was pretty much a discussion, I'll now close that and move over to this general colony discussion (the others are all specific)

I got somtimes also things like that(not that i am pro), a teammate who builds two armory's, an upgraded forge and outpost. than you got a lot of choise to build units only to less recourses for it.... not usefull
COLONY IS DEAD people are just not playing on it now form all the bugs and stuff but that was in 2010 and when i go on 1 time a week only 6-10 are on....
what do you think of this one: the best strategy in norm is missiles/outpost. cw is more complicated. although alot will argue, i think monerchy is best. make bqs and saints. make enough so u can kill aa skata in one and if they have hord of scouts build a spinx with meds and they will emideatly stop building all but bqs for air. and they get pwnd by sait as long as u atak each bq as soon as its spwaned. very few people pin on cw but it is unbeatably onece u have a good mix of units, like 5glads, 5 bqs 4 hovers 1 spinx 10 meds 2saint 3 aa scata . my fave mode is safe skies. I have 89% win ratio from ss and the 11% loss is hackeres and glichers. i allways play defencive forge, uless i am pinning, but then i still play forge. do this: tell ur ally to to cover you. (but build forge erly if nesasery) bank armory-money tresuary hospirtal-meds unless they have units sanctuary-meds-so you cansuppor allies units forge-only bild units if nessacery upgrade forge to tiler 2-still no units armory-change to building energy manofactory-build glads and put them infront of meds sanctuary-every now and then build scram team of meds-when u run out of manpower make some. when you run out of glads if they have hovers make phantoms with spare money. if you arrange your units correctly if they ever get past your alli they will be weakened then pwnd by u whach out for anti air- go to them with gald if they get too near your phantoms (glads arnt actualy that bad against air. especaly with meds...they pwn all air in ss even more than 5 saints if you have enough (you migh want to throw some scouts in.)
grondzits suck: weak too-romans and hovers skatas suck: weak to: norm tanks tanks pwn them- but can be useful in a rush when u first get manofactory marines suck-all units pwn tell me wht you think? if u are going to rush do it with spec oppps and hosp meds
Your idea of monarchy BQs, saints and making enough to kill aa isn't very good, it would take you forever to make enough BQ for 1 hiting aa when mon and it takes but 2 minutes or so to get aa. Lol.
That forge build would be way too slow, you would have to make forge early 100% of the time if against good players:L But glads are fun:|
marines suck-all units pwn
Marines have saved my but a million times in 1v1, they rock for killing scouts and phantoms when massed.:L
....... lack of appreciation for the lil things...... marines all tho not as usefull as the roman(argueably) they make good distractions...... the wholeee bq and saint thing... unless u have good micro, never heard of u so im ASSUMING u dont... that plan will flop with either sending maybe 1 or 2 sakatas or romans to take the brunt of the hit then id slide in and go guerilla warfare on ya(hit and run) also by that description.... however long it was it would seem u have a smallll problem with managing resources..... well luckily if u can grab a hold of pegg(or "almost" any other player who post here) he can teach u some good tricks and tips to stay on top of ya game.... btw
that is not true why dont you count how manny bqs it takes to kill a aa scata in one, its not that many and saints beat them with 2v1. you have not even tryed it.
my ss stratergy is unbeatable and your ally will cover plus your meds heal. and i said you can build a forge erly if nessasery. i won 2v1 with it 3 times out of three. glads+phantons pwn
yes but they do splash and your totaly fogeting i have an ally. he could have alot of tanks/or he is doing the same and u have ultimate bqs power in that case and tell me the truth 95% of the time in cold war people make outpost-bqs/hover so scata aa is not threat at all. and if they swich by that time u will have easily enough bqs. and for marines i dident mean, if they rush somthing like scouts they r rubbish but as part of a main army there is no going away from the fact they get warped, as for my ss stratergy, most people do not rush so even if they do u can prodect ur allys units with quick spaming meds, case u r facist. and also: glads+phantoms+meds is imposible to counter if used correctly
