A Haiku is a Japanese lyric verse form having three unrhymed lines of five, seven, and five syllables, traditionally invoking an aspect of nature or the seasons.
Well, that said, heres the rules:
1) The Haiku must be original (no plagarizing)! 2) It must fit the weeks theme 3) It must be submitted before the deadline 4) It must be submitted for the contest (no using works previously written) 5) One Submission per user 6) The Same User cannot win twice in a row (but there welcome to submit!)
Hopefully oneday the winner could get a merit...
The Deadline will always be a Wednsday, so the deadline for the first theme will be Wednsday, September 2. The theme is The Pond
Since I work from Thursday to Sunday, there's actually little chance if no chance at all that I'll change the deadline, sorry. I'm doing all I can but studentship = poor as hell. If you want though, yo can do suggestions for next week's theme. I'll choose which sounds more decent to me, and if there's not...Well I'll set one up myself. Be creative people!
Oh, I love it when you guys start complaining about judging. xD Patience, young padawans
Yes, patience is one the qualities I praise myself for having. Living is way more convenient when you're patient ^^.
Dammm, I have to wait till monday, lol. SOMEONE JUSGE ET ALREADY!!!! lol
Well, one week is aready quite short don't you think? I've seen judgings take much more time...No? In any case, feel free to submit more themes, and don't write too much about impatience; it may be the next one, who knows?...Sounds to me that a theme like impatience is bound to make a pretty hilarious one.
