A Haiku is a Japanese lyric verse form having three unrhymed lines of five, seven, and five syllables, traditionally invoking an aspect of nature or the seasons.
Well, that said, heres the rules:
1) The Haiku must be original (no plagarizing)! 2) It must fit the weeks theme 3) It must be submitted before the deadline 4) It must be submitted for the contest (no using works previously written) 5) One Submission per user 6) The Same User cannot win twice in a row (but there welcome to submit!)
Hopefully oneday the winner could get a merit...
The Deadline will always be a Wednsday, so the deadline for the first theme will be Wednsday, September 2. The theme is The Pond
The long awaited J-day has arrived, it'll be done today after I'm finished with such chores as paying the bills, washing the dishes and drying the clothes so yeah; today but a little laterz.
You have school? In the 8th of August? What kind of school is that?
Yeah totally today was my first day it was not as bad as I thought, the high schoolers aren't [b]that[b] big. Anyways I'm waiting for the jusdging, but take your time Fallen.
Judging is underway...well...slowly but surely...I'm so lazy; no wonder I'm a lion roar! Yes, that's a reference to astrology and...no, I don't believe in such shenanigans and........yes, it means that my birthday's in a few weeks or so. Hurray for me, another year *sigh*
Well guys, I know I had promised you a judging on date, but it'll be finished first thing in the morning tomorrow (today)...I tried and tried but being constructive on so many entries is time consumming; I didn't expect so much of them hahaha. More than a half is done though so it won't be long. You'll have it today don't worry; I did my best but now it's 2 in the morn and I must sleep.
Hey Fallen are you sure its going to be done today? I'm growing impatient, I don't have much patience to begin with though. Anyways what time zone are you in? Eastern Pacific? Which one??
