When it comes to an online name, be it for a forum or online game, How do you come about getting the name you create?

I tend to go with a proper name if its for a game, depending on what it is, what I can play as, etc. Forums, I did go with Milo Windby for a long time, a name I used for a character I played as in a pen and paper game of D&D. Later going as Neko Milo and now Neko Prince. Mostly because I love cats... (and... um... cat boys from anime/manga)

I picked my name Blu3sBr0s from my favorite movie The Blues Brothers.

I usually pick based on a great movie/band/sports team

I believe this is a repeat thread, but the last one was way long ago.

My name comes from, um, a book series on which I made my own character name, and I'm mad...so, that pretty much sums it up.

I also go by other names, but I really have no explanations, I'm just too random when it comes to making usernames XD

I made up the name Papi somehow...And Private is in there because Papi was already taken(By some ghost account -_-).

Oh wow, of all the names to be taken by a ghost account, eh?

And if this is a repeat of a thread, my bad. hmm... I don`t seem to see a search button any where... does the forum not have a search engine?

You can use google by entering "armorgames" at the end of the search query, or use the google customized armorgames search, which is on DDX's profile.

I usually put my name, Zega as my username. If it is taken I either have ArmorZega (Armorgames + Zega) or Zega96.

Well, I have had Bronze in my name for atleast 5 years now, I chose it because I thought it was pretty original, and I like to be original

Also, I used to be banshee but some guy said I got it from Halo, that pissed me off so I changed it.

I was going to use Ryan, but it was taken by a ghost account.

i change my username depending on what my favorite thing is at the moment... as of now i'm obsessed with Naruto sosometimes i use Sand Shinobi or something and Nightfox is from when i was like five my friends gave eachother "codenames" and mine was Nightfox

I used to use Arro a lot. But, then it kept getting taken, and whenever I would be on a site that I used the name with, people would misspell it and call me Aroo. So, I just switched to Poison, but I believe that was taken here, so I used Pois0nArr0w.

I try to make a name with no numbers or symbols in it. something that nobody people would forget about when picking a name. Putting two of these things togeather makes a great name. For example "AppleChapel". Its a plus if they rhyme too.
