I like anything by Tim Burton, most Disney movies as well [not the Disney Channel's original movies, those are horrible!], I don't have a clear-cut favourite though...

I guess... either Shrek 2 (slightly surprised it hasn't been mentioned), or Wall-E. Both very well done movies.

Lion King is pretty high up there as well.

Princess Mononoke...if you haven't seen it, do so immediately. Animatrix, The Land Before Time (the first land before time, not the shit ones that came out after that), The Secret of Nimh.
