I think it says in the first line of the article [Wiki] that it's fake...I don't know, Wikipedia likes to use complex word compounds that will probably never ever be seen again.....

This is simply a term that anti-Semites use to claim that a country is actually run by Jewish people. The Wiki article says the term first emerged in the 70s, although this sort of thinking has been around since at least the 40s. Anyway, the term is completely made up and the concept is entirely untrue. It's a result of racism and ignorance.
