call of duty, because of cod 4. i say that because im so bored of playing clone after clone of ww2 shooter and all medal of honour games and most cods are ww2 shooters.
I think alot of people like Call of Duty better becuase of COD4, but I personally think that Medal of honor is better for the WWII games. Aside from that, I like Call of Duty 4 better then any medal of honor game. but it's been a while since the last medal of honor game. Did they stop making them?
Undoubtedly, everyone will say CoD except a few people, because the hype and popularity makes people think it's almost decent. If you shave off the millions of dollars put into marketing and trailers and etc., you'll see it's utter crap on a stick. For example, Modern Warfare 2 had about 6 or 7 trailers on Xbox Live Marketplace, and Left 4 Dead 2, which comes out before Modern Warfare 2, just released their first trailer. The reason theres so many MW trailers is because they get people amped, to the point where when the game does come out, everyone buys it because "trailer #957 was sweet!!!11one" If Infinity Ward ever bothers to make an actual good game, with modest marketing, I'll be interested. 'Till then, it's MoH all the way because they actually make games worth playing.
well florglee2 thats not really true , i for one preffer cod 4 over any medal of honour game simply because i am bored stiff of the whole stale ww2 genre since there all so similar. and since when does marketing dictate the quality of the end product? another reason is because cod 4 is quick to get into a match due to so many people online and i think unlocking new attatchments as you complete challenges was a great idea ( probably not original though)
Florglee, I know what you're saying, but I still would have to go with CoD, I don't even have Xbox live so I can't view any trailers on there and I do agree that MoH might be more of a challenge, but CoD is more intense and fast-paced which might draw in the player more, but it depends on the person.
By the way buzzmerin, that's Cod 2, try doing that in Cod 4 and you're in for a surprise.
and since when does marketing dictate the quality of the end product?
Since never. Since when did I say that? All I said was that Infinity knows they make bad games, and instead of imprving them, they just spend tons o marketing so it seems good. I never mentioned anything about marketing dictating anything, just that all the marketing money could go to making a better game.
Gotta be CoD. I've never played any MoH games but the whole WW2 shooter game is so overused and MW brought the much needed change to the franchise. I'm not about to bash on MoH unless I try it. I'm syked for the next CoD game, so far it looks great.
