If i had an extra arm, i would use it to pick my nose while playing shooters!
i'd have a pair of wings(i think that counts as one)or eyes that shoot lasers or a arm that makes yugioh cards(i'm a yugioh fanatic just the cards not the show thse show sucks)
I would go for the extra arm, never heard before piano solos will be heard
