I would have to say a little of both. I love to listen to rap, but I like hanging back and jamming in rock-band to the 80' classics.

i like either or. as long as its good. now my rock library is far more vast the rap. but i can appreciate rap just as much as any other genre

Both are good. Personally I think rock was bad and getting better, while rap was good and is declining due to the rise of autotune pop.

Yes; but mostly pop, which I know isn't rap.

pop does yes but hip hop drumming is as hard, if not harder then rock drumming. dude dont get me started. i AM a drummer and a pretty good one if i do say so myself

I like both, but the moderates. I don't like screamo or heavy, heavy metal, but I like Led Zeppelin or Our Lady Peace. I don't like gangster rap, but I like smoking pot kind of rap, like Kid Cudi or Kanye West.

I like all forms of music with maybe the exception to country... but have you heard rap + rock mixed? It ='s ear sex. Cypress hill for example?

eeeeehhhhh no id say cyrpress hill is rap rap. those guys are emcees, bands like liking park, korn, and faith no more are rap rock.
