I don't like anime shows. The mouths move at the wrong time, and the plots are always very violent and never make sense. But I guess some people must like that, since anime shows seem to very popular nowadays...
They are... how should I say this... not all violent and such. They are mostly comedy/romances, and they take their time to make sure the voices match up... (As long as you don't mind reading subtitles.)
Alright lets get this clear, I do watch anime shows but I just hate how they draw their characters (the big bug eyed spikey air...ugh). Besides that I watch them for the story.
And I don't really know any animes outside of adult swim.

Movies 1. Miyazaki's movies (They are better than anyother so I put them all together, plus they don't have THE BUG EYES) 2. Animatrix 3. Dead Space: Downfall
Romance makes me sick, especially animated romance. So just think what anime romance would do to me. :P

I hate reading. Period. I like it better when you can understand what they're saying and you don't have to do any reading whatsoever. That's why movies were created, right?

I don't think Bleach does that... anyways, Bleach is the new DBZ of most popular anime, methinks. The new Naruto was just awful... well, none of them were good, but that's beside the point, there are a lot of blind fan girls out there that can't really show how Naruto is that good.
Death Note was just one major rip off, from the character development to the ending (which came to suddenly) and it is funny, because a boy that we used to call Dragon Boy at school got expelled for writing a death note...
Full Metal...never got into the whole little kid in a suit of armor with a random loin cloth deal.
