I've tried maxing out most stats like this:

To my surprise, this turn out to be a tier 5 magic tutor, although I have all fame and repute max out along with both combat and magic abilities.
Max sins is not too avoidable (due to high advanture required to earn money as the quickest path) but I expect max compassion and moral could balance it out, which turn out to be not the case.

I had made another tier 3 holy paladin, that doesn't have max magic abilites, repute and fame. Only have combat abilities and repute. It also have max sin, however has max amount of faith.

Did anybody achieved tier 1 or tier 2 and what are the requirements?

Well, actually I do. Now I might replay the game to prove it's possible .

That's Pet Protector 2. Try Pet Protector 1.
The only clue anyone has is the author saying that ADVENTURE is better than DUNGEONS in late-game, which to me can only mean you have to be EXTREMELY lucky to get all the correct encounters like the fairy, teddy, altar, Gentleman, Lady Mage, maybe the random guy that trains you or something else.
The author also said "Wardman" is the closest to Protector, whatever the heck "Wardman" means. Maybe that's one of the end-game titles you can get, never seen it mentioned yet so I guess people just don't spec right at all.
It also seems to me I've encountered moments where I could do things beyond the normal stress threshold, but I don't know how. I've encountered this most often when in school, hitting like 116 stress or something like that. That may be the way to the dragon tamer achievement.
Since there are achievements for 24 constitution and wisdom, you may need 24 in something else to be "Wardman"/Protector. There's also the "middle ground" achievement that maybe suggests you should have experience in a lot of things instead of maxing out any of them.
Kongregate has a basic guide but it's useless for this mystery.

Additionally the kong comments have some maps for the uniques but that doesn't seem to matter.
I made a spreadsheet of game info but it's also useless for this mystery.

The only thing that's clear to me is that everyone's focus is wrong. It probably has nothing to do with your dungeon clear or equipment. It's not gold either.
Some have mentioned going to town does something.
I've managed scores over 140k but I have a buddy that apparently got near 180k and I have no idea how. I don't know if he got the Protector title but it seems likely to me.
