Why hello, and welcome to the Philosoraptor Club! I thought up this idea, and I figured, eh, why not? Philosoraptor has been spread all over AG, and there should be a club! I thought up this. Here is what members of the Philosoraptor Club will do: 1. Share important news 2. Debate together/against each other, on topics that concern or are covered by Philosoraptor 3. Put Viva La Philosoraptor! on their About 4. Respect other members of the Philosoraptor Club 5. Rank up by winning debates Got all that? Great. Now, anyone can join, but once you've been kicked out, you can't join again. Things that will get you kicked out include anything against AG rules. Pretty straightforward. Ranks/Members: Leader: Moatarmorgamer(even though I'm not a debating god, I made the club) That's it. I will update as people join(if they join). I will post the two Philosoraptor banners in a bit.

Take the debates to the propper forum so that everyone can participate. Otherwise, go ahead and debate to each other on someone's profile.
Not to be rude, but you misspelled 'roper'. And this isn't exactly intended to be for everyone. I mean, it's not that only a few people can participate, it's so that I can split it into fair teams, since there aren't really teams on the regular forum. And I would take the debate to the right forum, but there are already way too many God threads, and this isn't solely a debate thread, it's a club.

He made us to spread His glory, and to create something else. Perhaps He was lonely, we'll never know. Jesus was not achieved by sex. He was simply created by God, and came to existence, as did God Himself. Alright, I'm calling the debate off. It's too early in the club. So right now, the Philosoraptor club is just resting.

When they reached critical mass, they just decompressed. Simple.
And they didn't need an origin - there was no time then, so origin, end, sequence and causation principles that apply to our Universe wouldn't apply then.
If you want to do this, take it to a profile so that no one has to look at a debate that they can't participate in--or you can create a thread in the world events section and allow everyone to debate. Do not hold the debates in this thread.
Anyone can join the debate that wants to, NoName. I think you might have misunderstood. It's not like the club is restricted or anything. It's just...agh, nevermind. I called the debate off on page six, anyway. It wasn't getting off the ground.
And in the Philosoraptor Club, methinks it's time for our first News Sharing. NEWS SHARING Anything you have heard about/read about recently that is of any import can be put here. It's for open discussion as well as simply to learn. The person who manages to share the most information(that I deem important enough)will rank up! Rules of News Sharing You cannot put something that someone has already posted here. Please do not share rumors; you have to list a valid source. Do not post anything against AG rules(I didn't really have to list that, did I?) News Sharing begins now. If no one posts anything, I'll do it myself.
I've never heard of the Onion, but the rules are kind of that it has to be a trustworthy news site. So if the Onion is like a conspiracy theory site, then no. If it's legit, then sure.
I believe that a team based debate on proper subjects in which teams are not restricted and anyone can join a team and is refereed by someone is a legitimate thread in which has no proper category, which automatically makes it appropriate for the tavern. As long as you guys stay on subject there is no merit for locking this thread. Sorry NoName. :3
