If we were banned and wanted to know how long could mods please, post a topic about how long for like Spamming: Forever (I don't know any others lol) because my old account Thomas1st got banned for spamming (Because i was like WTF? is spamming (I know now) ) So it would make banned time much easyer Thanks Yours Sincerly Thomas1st2
Heck, my experiences are: "one experience of spam and you're banned for good", but not every mod really thinks as such. That's what the T&C is for, to give as a sort of guideline as to what they do. I ain't dumb :3
Not to many people have been banned recently, actually. Other than 420, but that's obvious with the rather large amount of accounts he creates.
Mine is more or less a guideline. Remember, I did incorporate just punishment in that, with the minor, medium, etc.
We can't set up a system like that because each case is very much a judgment call. But typically if you're doing something stupid, this is how it breaks down, usually:
First time is a warning on your profile. Second time is a 1 or 3 day ban, depending on how soon after your ban you did the stupid thing, and how stupid the stupid thing was. Third time is either a 3 or 7 day ban, again, depending on the factors just mentioned. Continued offenses have a high probability of having the account deleted. Once this happens, the user is no longer allowed to have an account on this site.
Of course, accounts that are obviously just meant to troll or flame will be deleted immediately.
The point of all this is to make sure that those who want to enjoy the site can, and those who want to harm the site can't.
