I didnt mean the camo of the gun I mean attachments and proficencies and does it really matter if you customize how your character looks? it not like you see yourself and if you did it wouldnt matter it would matter just as much as camo or guns matters...
If you aren't obsessed with the way your player looks then you can edit your color based on the map. Like if a map was fairly snowy i might want a white colored character that would make me harder to hit and see. But really the colors don't matter that much because your name always shows up over your head. I really think it would be cool if there were proficiencies for your weapon but I don't know how it would work out for Halo. And as far as attachments the guns are all made up and alien weapons don't seem to have the type of space for attachments. And a silencer is useless because the radar gives Halo players away even if they don't fire a weapon. I think the best thing Halo did was make the powerups that you can use. And in a sense they are like perks but none of them are exactly permanent.

How can you not pay attention to the storyline of the game. It is like one of the best parts of halo.
I like COD more then Halo because there is way more weapons customization and the create-a-class. If they combined the armor customizations and the armor attachments (I.E.Jet pack,armor lock) with attachment changes and camo and the ability o create your own groups of weapons then you'd have the ultimate.

How would that be possible. I think both games are pretty good but I don't think they would work being combined. Maybe if they took all the maps for halo and put them in COD that would be cool but lets face it, its never going to happen unless you can find someone to mod it

I have some more information. Spartan Ops is supposed to be as expansive and big as the main campaign. This includes a separate story, I believe. This will NOT get rid of Co-op campaign in the main story.
