Don't play them both. They're friends, and I think they'll notice and be offended. If you go out with the girl that's afraid you're going to play her, don't play her. If you choose the other one who can't find time to see you, enjoy the moments you do have, or don't actually make her your girlfriend. Just go out with her a few times or whatever.
Bottom line: if your goal is just to get laid, these girls are not the place to look. If your goal is an actual relationship, the girl who's around more is your best shot at building up the relationship.

Second...HoodHulk--- you gotta have some class man! Don't go playin a girl that specifically is scared to get played. And don't go screwing around with the sister of a girl you already played around with!!! I know it's all for "fun"...but you are gonna get a nasty reputation sooner or later. That can be hard to overcome sometimes. So, my advice... find your self a new girl who has no attachment to some previous history of yours (and genuinely try and get to know her & date her aside from your seek for pleasure)!
