thing is, Armorgames has only changed the name and logo once: It used to be called 'Games Of Gondor' and I have no idea what the logo looked like. But that was many years ago, way before I came or most of the users that are still active(Except mods). It was so long ago, people refer it as the 'First Age Of Armorgames'. I think we're on the third or second.
The logo at the moment is very neutral: It isn't extraordinary violent, so it doesn't promote AG as an adult gaming site, and not wimpy, so it doesn't make AG look like a site for 5 year olds (I am not insulting any young children users here).
Yeah, after looking at it for a year, it gets boring, but so what? Everything gets boring after seeing it 500 times. It probably looks good for the new users.
Mind you, the AG symbol does have a bit of playing room when it comes to the beginnings of games: Look at the
Warfare games: The logo has been rendered to fit the game type and mood. But the original logo shall stay the same, I guess.
We could have a fun Art competition where the best become temporary armatars. But you have to ask a mod or admin first.
