My scenarios are IDENTICAL to what he is suing over.
I naturally assumed I'd side with the person suing Facebook, but then I read the article and found out that he disagrees with me about video games so... you know, screw that guy.
Personally, I think the idea of lawsuits and such is all trash. This is because people use lawsuits as a way to get wealthy such as the woman who burned herself because McDonalds didn't tell her the coffee was hot. What do you expect coffee's temperature to be? Hot of course unless you said "May I have some cold coffee?" and in that case, just order a latte.
