okay i've been wondering this i get that we should deport illegal people, but if they have a kid (i know they are an american citizen) why do they get to stay when there there parents are illegal then shouldnt they be illegal too because its like you get 50% illegal from both parents therefore shoudlnt you be 100% illegal like your parents too?
Well look at it people genetics lets just say for a moment that being illegal is a gene. If this is try you get 50% illegal from one parent and 50% illegal from the other parent therefore the kid is 100% illegal and should be put back in the country in which there parents came from.

Since when are we southerners? I'm from the southwest. And I don't see any gangs. And America isn't exactly a "war zone".
yes if they are breaking the law then they should exept the consiquenses that is that there should be no room for argument if they were born here then they are legal if there parents are illegal an the kid is legal send them back with the parents it may make me sound harrsh but the law is blind or it is supposed to be

Not really, most cities don't have drug and gang problems. We hear about it so much because large cities have those problems, and they get the most attention from the media.
