Why are we any better than any other animal on this planet? I think it ignorant if some one kills an animal just because it kille a human. The human race thinks that they are better than any other animal in the world.(well mostly) Besies we kill animals all the time so why cant they kill us without someone going after it and killing it. It would be like you going and huting and you kill a deer but once you eat it more deer come an kill you.
Perhaps he should have asked a slightly different question. No point asking if we are better, because technically we are, but there are people who say animals dont have a soul. And thats schmucked up if you ask me.

Studies (of serial killers) have shown that a large percentile of serial killers abused, tortured, and killed animals at a younger age. A violent nature that lead to bigger and bigger "game", last step for them, I guess, is humans.

Humanity acts as a society to protect itself just as a group of elephants? would act if it were attacked. We want to defend ourselves. Preservation of our species is of the highest priority like any other organism.
We are better because we have a concept of history, greater capacity for intelligence....and stuff like that =P

I kinda disagree. I think we should stop relentlessly killing the animals on this planet and only kill what we need, which could well turn out to be nothing. Restore the cycle of life etc... Its no joke, there is no right or wrong. There is balance. We as a human species have acted like the greedy child. We must grow up and learn balance. I sound like a buddist now!
Do animals ALL animals NEED to reproduce? The only time you see an animal not make babies is if it can't find a mate or dies early. Nuff said.

It's a dead virus shot, which is entirely impossible to get sick-- let alone fall flat on your back dead-- from. the nasal form is live, but has been medically proven that it will not give you H1N1 (swine) flu.
also, the only people in the US that have died from Swine Flu have been a) Babies and b) people with heart/other diseases that, combined with flu, lead to death because the heart disease makes them weak.
