In America there are millions of kids and babies. Many families have 4,5,6 even more kids. I have seen kids young as 15 having their first child and the time they are 30 they are having baby 8 or 9. Why are we doing this people? America is already over populated. Are schools and health care has become over loaded because of this. I know it's an American right to have all the kids you want but really people this is not 300 years ago on a farm and a nuclear war did not happen killing most of the population. I am not against having kids but just have 1 or 2. How would America be like if we were like China and a person could only have 2 children?

He's your leader too; just like George Bush was mine. Everyone in America needs to get out of the mind set that all of one party is bad, and all of another are good. It's ridiculous that the Republican woman who voted for Obama's health care bill may be "unished." She's supposed to represent the people, whether it's by supporting Obama or the GOP. Political parties aren't in it for the good of the people anymore, but for their own personal gain.
Obama does not want to control population, nor would be ever be allowed to. Look at the mess that came from China's birth limits. Their population was dropping, so they encouraged people to have more kids. Then when families were having 5+ kids, because it was the patriotic thing to do, China became largely over populated. China then adopted the policy the two child limit, and I believe if more than one baby was female, it had to be killed. Currently despite China's efforts to increase the female population (limiting the amount that can be adopted out, making it illegal to abortion a female fetus, etc) there is still a huge amount of males compared to females.

No wonder. The tradition says that the males are the ones to take care of their parents, they make the most money, all that. The females have to be married away, giving the husband money during that... Which is why females was left to death. Who would want two girls? Who would take care of the parents, and why would they use money to get her married?
Anyway, be happy. In Denmark we are having problems because of the lack of children now. Many older people retire and leaves the workload to only a few younger people, and the retirement is largely paid by the government, which is taking it from taxes, which is paid by the younger people. So while the older people get still older (retirement at 65, lives till 80-90), there is still fewer people to earn the money needed to uphold society.
Some people have 8 or more children so they can get tax breaks and they also get payed cuz they cant work cuz o their kids so the government supports 'em
