The year is 2800. Humans have discovered the secret of interstellar travel, and have stretched out across the stars. However, religous extremists have created a faction known as the 'Sons of God'. They have attacked the rest of the Terran Empire, splitting it in two. The fighting swiftly became a hideous, bloody stalemate, with billions of lives being lost on both sides. The Empire was thus ill prepared for an attack by mysterious and powerful aliens, who crippled them. The Sons of God chose this time to attack, crippling the Empire. However, the Empire detonated a terrible weapon, devastating both sides. The mysterious aliens continue to hunt the rememants of both sides. Murderous pirates stalk the space ways. It is at this time that you start your adventure...

Okay. He tells you to take it to a science station orbiting Rao. He mentions that there may be some trouble, and gives you a shield generator. Add Shields(1/4) to your stats. You head to Rao, and on the way you see a planet exploding. Do you investigate and look for survivors, or continue to Rao?

Sorry for the double post, but here is a complete list of items and a slightly revamped character sheet.

All items sell for 75% of their original value unless stated.

Stat Boosters
Boost Point - Increases one of your ship's stats by 1 - 2 cargo, or 1000 credits.
Stat Point - Increases the maximum level of a stat by 1 - 2 cargo or 1000 credits.

Weapons
Plasma Cannon - Tier one (requires tactical systems 1/4). Damage = 2. 1500 credits.
Phase Cannon - Tier two. Damage = 4. 2500 credits
Photon Torpedo Launcher - Tier three. Damage = 8. 4000 credits
Quantum Torpedo Launcher - Tier four. Damage = 16. 6500 credits
Genesis Wave - Tier seven. Damage = 30. 15000 credits + 2 Decathilium

Shields

Basic Generator - Adds Tier 1. +10 Health. 2 cargo.
Super Generator - Tier 2. + 20 Health. 2500 Credits
Mega Generator - Tier 3. + 30 Health. 4000 Credits
Uber Generator - Tier 4. + 40 Health. 6500 Credits
Titan Generator - Tier 5. + 50 Health. 8700 Credits
Regenerative Generator - Tier 7. Restores 5 Health a turn.

Cargo
Basic Cargo - Sells for nothing. Costs 100 Credits
Deutirium - Uses up 0.5 Cargo spaces. Sells for 1000 Credits to developed planets, and 50 credits on on developed planets. Costs 500 credits.
Kryptonite - Uses up 1 Cargo Space. Sells for 5000 to Sons of God, and 0 to others.
Nanotechnology - Uses up 2 cargo spaces. Sells for 10000 to developed planets, and 200 to undeveloped planets.
Decathilium - Uses up 2 Cargo Spaces. Sells for 30,000. Must be found.

Others

Credit Counter - Allows you to collect credits.
Mysterious Package - Uses up all cargo spaces until delivery.
Laser - Allows you to board ships. Damage to occupants - 2. Costs 500 credits
Phaser - Damage to occupants - 4. Costs 1500.
Megadeath Beam - Damage to occupants - 10. Costs 60,000.
