WAIT STOP! Don't be the mod that doesn't read these things, it's not about locked threads-fully. (if you are a mod/admin that is)

Okay, you all know we have locked threads that accumelate, and i though why not delete them? We don't have that many anymore, due to our like every 10 year sweep we have. I know I have already made a thread like this, but I couldn't find it (i think it died). So anyways. If we could delete SOME of the topics (not all of them, just keep the ones that "teach" a lesson). This might save some space for AG aswell as kill some lag.

Tell me what you think of my stupid idea! By the way, i might not comment as much on this one for a while... i have a science project to do. (and even worse my teacher lives in this neighborhood) Unless it's Saturday. No clue.

How about the power to delete your own threads/posts.
It can be extremely useful, if you mess up what you were going to say.

Since AG is made up of idiots, nobody would know how or where the button was. Besides people are to lazy to do that now. Plus that would get to glitchy and some one would hack it ever so easily to make them have the power to delete all comments. Besides, if you want to inforce that idea, go make your own thread- don't bother me.

I don't see how one could be yelled at in a forum.

Then I am sooo surprised that no one hacked the delete button in KL.

Hey the thread relates to the delete button doesn't it. I am just throwing it out there for you to chew on.

lol, deleting threads doesn't, but locking threads does. (because they collect and are to much space)

Do you have any proof that shows how the "excessive" topics can create significant amount of lag?

If anybody does, then carry on. If nobody does then there is no real reason to "excessive" delete topics at all.

by god this deleting locked thread is the best idea I have ever heard of. DO IT! DO IT NOW!

I agree. I find it annoying that AG has so many glitches and lag. If deleating pointless threads with few posts improves AG's fluency to operate... Then this is a great idea.

In a way I have, but the topic is locked and it was originally for an edit button. So your too late.

Oh yea that one, i remember it. It was already on the common suggestion list so ha!

Well, no not really. But remember, they all add up. And occasionally there is the spammer that comments 9001 (IT'S OVER 9000!) comments, before a mod can get to it. That is one example. Also, as i said, it adds up.

Thank you, but i actually think klaus was saying that because someone else said it would kill the leaderboard. lol. to be funny, or if he just wants to be #1 i have no clue.

How does that make sense?

The one problem is that a few mods are jerks and assume we all have hours on end to go search the forums for 1 little thing. Yeah theres a search. idc. But the suggestions forum is for suggestions, and so i put one there with something on achievments, and someone locked it because he didn't think it was a suggestion. and some idiots said i was a retard.

capslock is the equivalent of yelling. IT LOOKS LIKE THIS.

Not necessarily since you cannot actually project your voice over the forum, unless if you recored your voice and posted it on the forums...

I would also like to say that the newcomers section is very crowded. Maybe if you delete all of those then maybe (just maybe) you'll have less lag.

Then all the newbies would go cry. But, still it's not that bad. Delete other topics and your good.

I feel bad to sort like bring this topic back to the front (sorta spammy) but i'm not going to let you people to shove this fact off.
