Of course it depends on where you are. But either way, it empirically is a vast minority. not even close to the acceptable invisible quantity line of 'A LOT.'
Also, just because some American movies are risque doesn't mean that a lot of the kids have turned into sl*ts. A lot of kids aren't even allows to watch movies like that at that age.

Your movies somehow reflect your culture. I mean, if you go to a liberated place, they won't be showing movies opposite to their beliefs. Think about it. There are A LOT. Look at teen american actors. Miley Cyrus, Jaime Lynn Spears. What does that say about the minority in the states? Compare your schools to our schools. Not that I'm saying that my country is better or anything. It's just that in my country,a lot of the minority are virgins. A LOT.

Always the older persons think that the next generation is worst than them. This is related to the generation gap About the sex thing, even decades ago many teenagers had sex at very young ages, but because their society was more closed and conservative they did not discuss about it. The need for sex is created by nature, some persons can control this urge some not. Statistics show that the members of the newest generations have less sex than the ones before them, they may have sex at young ages too, maybe slightly earlier, but they don't have a lot of it. If they want to have sex let them have sex if they are mature enough and responsible.
I understand the concept of bullying because you haven't done it yet. I mean, my City isn't that bad, but my friends make fun of me because I haven't had a girlfriend yet(almost 13.) I'd only get a girlfriend at my age if I liked her. I mean, my friends "went out" with girls, then just not talked to them. I understand that in some areas, American teenagers are having sex. It's normal. Don't listen to them. You don't date for public display but because you know who you're dating and you're getting along well and both of you love and care for each other.
