There are so many news about American teenagers losing their virginity at the of 15. Now, there are teenagers losing their virginity at the age of 12. In other countries, most teenagers get boyfriends or girlfriends when they are in college. What is happening?

I heard that by grade 8, 10% of girls have had sex, by grade 9, 20%, grade to, 40%, grade 11-12over 50%.
