There is a war on Colony. Krin and players like me versus the cheaters. Colony is getting out of control these days. I remember when the game came out it was so big that the first server was packed all the time, so I stuck to the campaign. I used to play every mission so much that I wanted to see which missions the player's partner could win without you, and how long it could take the player's partner to lose. Then Beatrix came out then I started my online account. I became one of the pros in a week. When I was rank 3, I beat Theos, a rank 5 who was considered the best by a group of pros, in a one on one. This is when I realized that on one on one games would be won by the player who uses the best strategy using the Forge and Outpost. A few weeks after, a player called darkerchon found me, and beat me many times with the same strategy. After the first two games, I just played him just so I could learn his strategy. This player was the best, but he left quickly, after I somehow perfected his strategy. This led me to further my win ratio to a higher number. It was fun because I never saw a hacker, until the release of version 1.14. At that time, there were only a few who knew how to hack, so I really did not mind. The life on Colony was not really affected by this, until a hacker posted a forum on cheatengine.com. It had all the scan codes and stuff, so then Colony's hacker population went up. Then Krin released version 1.15, I think. This update came with the two new ranks 6 and 7. By this time, I played so many one on one games with others, that I reached rank 7 in two games after this addition was added. Then in another update Krin took away the one on one feature, which made me upset because I liked playing the best players for wins, but I continued in my path to form the best one on one strategy. Soon after, I noticed more hackers on Colony, so I made a topic called Colony: "List of Hackers" by SOMASTER. It had a list of all the hackers I personally saw using hacks, and suspects that other players reported to me. Later on, Krin released version 2.0, which came with three new units, one new building upgrade, fixed typos, a new resource increaser, and change cost for some units. Then Krin released version 2.1, which came with the ranks 8, 9, and 10. It took me awhile to reach rank 10 because of all the one on one games I played that did not count. It was fun trying to see how to make these units part of my strategy. Then Krin released version 2.2, which finally had the power to stop hackers for good, using the smartfox system. Well, it was working for a week until a veteran hacker, posted a topic on a website that had a hacked version of 2.1, which comes with the hacks. This is why the smartfox system does not work anymore. Well before the hackers started using this website, they planned an attack on Colony. It involved compromising my SOYMASTER account because I was the one who made the topic on armorgames.com called Colony: "List of Hackers" by SOYMASTER. The plan was to hack my account, and spam all over the community of armorgames.com, so that account of my would be banned for a while. Well when this was happening, Colony was being overrun be the players who were using the hacked Colony website. This made people tell Krin that there was hack to override the smartfox system, but it was a hack it was a copy of an older version, so this led Krin to make fast updates to colony in a 24-hour time period. Now this is where we are now in the life on Colony, version 2.5. Now I got information that a player who used to go by Coltongrundy, he has a new account now, is tell all the new players on Colony about the hacked Colony website, which adds more hackers to the game, and this is why so many new accounts are appearing that are rank 10. The war has turned in favor to the cheaters, but Krin and the players that never cheated are still trying as hard as they can to stop this madness, and get Colony back under control. Right now Colony is holding on by a strand of hair trying not to die. I hope Krin wins this waronce and for good.
I have another strategy that would have beat you but I choose the wrong one. Both of our strategies have a flaw. Your flaw is you rely on the power of the arsenal too much, so if I did bank, treasury, armory, generator, solar grid, forge, manufactory, and then the outpost if I was forced to go to phase 2.5, I would have won. I just use two different strategies, one that is air based, and one that is ground based.
I am not just called a professional because I am good. I can tell where the losing move was in the game. I will use my game for an example; you did armory, armory, and hospital for the first tree moves. I was at bank, outpost treasury, then I should have when forge but I did not, So that was my losing move.
This is why I am a much-respected player on Colony. I do not just play good, but I can tell you the losing move, which helps when forming a strategy. I hope you now think differently of me as a player on Colony, even though you won.
Also I have a new chapter in my history on Colony. A player named Lifemaster insulted me on my topic in the community. I ask him to play me in a one versus one. This was a good game, but I will admit I lost this match. This match showed me that the two strategies I had were best used in a two versus two game. Now my next plan of action is to make a strategy that uses both the outpost and forge and possibly the special operations building equally with no flaws.
Haha, ok, I'm sorry...but is that like a blog?
My response is, yes.
Oh will you shut up? No one cares.
My response is, please read the topic name. I assure you that it will say the following: Colony: "What Are the Memories You Have About It" by SOYMASTER. If you have a memory or somthing good to say about someone's post then keep it to yourself. That comment was unnecessary.
Erm...can we have some peace and tranquility for once? And stop grabbing each other's necks with "x insulted me!"?...
Oh, and there are comebacks, even after a losing move
Take starcraft, if you go for a last-ditch mass nuking, you could damage your enemy enough to change the tide of a game...
There was a match were one person blew up an attack force of 18 carriers by blinding their observers, then attacking with cloaked wratihs. Those 18 carriers would have annhilated anything that was thrown at them but...he came back...
Even if you find 10 hovers on your doorstep, without any form of army, it is still possible to come back, destroy it, and win the game with a counterattack.
I don't think build order would be considered a losing move (unless it's like, REALLY bad...). Something along the lines of accidentaly moving your sniper army into a couple of phantoms' ranges because you clicked charge instead of fall back...
And uhh...I'm pretty sure you'd end up with a flaw if you have spec ops, forge, and outpost...you'd only end up with a single resource building...so yes, it would have a flaw, which is a lack of resources compared to other stratgeies.
Alright, I'll be 100% straight with you. You're exactly who I thought you were, and that's this:
You've played Colony for a pretty long time, have gotten better than most people, started playing with other high ranking people, and most importantly, overestimate yourself. Sure, at your age, I did the same thing, and now, as I look back...that's not what people respected. People respect a player who's good, and doesn't announce it to the world. You say you're much respected...and I don't know by who, nor do I care for you to make a list of people who you think respect you...because the fact is, that list would be 10x longer if you didn't self-promote. I'm telling this for your own benefit, the same way that I wish someone had told me when I was 16.
You're a good player, yes, but you REALLY need to take a step back and remember that you're another teenager, playing a flash game, and that you're better than a majority of the layed back guys who play it for fun. This doesn't make you a respectable person.
I agree, it is always best to learn from your errors, but I can tell you haven't learned the real error. You know some strategies, but the error is outside of Colony.
Remember...this isn't meant to diss you or put you down, only to put things in perspective, and try to help you as a person.
Would you rather tell a newb that his marine mass can take on the enemy's tanks, or would you rather tell him to make snipers instead, and that marines suck on tanks?
If you only say good things you'd end up with suiciiding marines as they get owned by the tank...
My response is, actually, some people read this and might think the following: Man I cannot believe how dedicated SOYMASTER is, and how good his grammar and spelling was. Well the person will think something to that effect.

As an fyi, your spelling and grammar aren't good, although you are dedicated, I'll give you that. A little too dedicated if you ask me.
Here's the grammatical error that made me cringe: "I do not just play good" it's "I do not just play well"
Would you rather tell a newb that his marine mass can take on the enemy's tanks, or would you rather tell him to make snipers instead, and that marines suck on tanks?
Of course snipers. You know marines would get hella smacked. When was I a newb the enemy made tanks I made marines. They got smacked so...ya
