You can incorporate flash into a HTML document without Abode Flash CS# as far as I was concerned.

A lot of IDEs aren't required to write just one language. Notepad will write you any language.

can you draw a cactus with a rose? cus i want a armatar of a cactus with a rose but i cant draw. i mean i cant draw with a computer program and i cant draw with pencils.

That's an awesome animation jdogg! Does anyone else still remember the time when everyone had a sig and for a while mine was a stick figure animation? I wish we could still do that...
