Okok you have propably read the other thread 1+1=0
But now I have a NEW clean math problem for u to solve

Using four 0's get an answer of 119
You are only allowed to use +,-,*,/ and !
this is no trick it is a pure math equation

What does an exclamation have to do with this? Sorry, my math is off today.

Any progress in finding it?? It's pretty cool when u kno the answer in the 'amaze your friends into thinking u are a mathimatical genius' type of way...oh and it helps if they donno what factorial is

Okay.

10,000-9,881=119.

You didn't say we couldn't use other numbers.

@TLS3. A factorial is when you multiply a number by all the natural numbers that come before it for example. 4! Is 4*3*2*1 which is equal to 24
So 8! = 8*7*6*5*4*3*2*1

([(0! + 0!)!]! - 0!)! - 0! = 119

0! = 1.
2! = 3.
3! = 6.
6 - 1 = 5.
5! = 15.
15! = 120.
120 - 1 = 119.

Am I right?

5th grade math buddy

That would explain why I wouldn't remember it at first sight -.-

Lemme see . . .

0! + 0! = 2 + 0! = 3 + 0! = 4 + 0! = 5 + 0! = 6! = 120 - 0! = 119

I used 7 0's . . . .

@TSL: Factorials mean multiply that many sequential numbers starting from 1, I.E. 4!= 1*2*3*4. However, 0! equals 1, so remember that.

Gimme some time. It's late, I need a minute, but I'm thinking it all comes down to factorials and multiplication.

6! = 120

I'll try to be helpful. This would be, as you know, 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1. That's 11 + 7 + 3. That's 11 + 10. That's 21.
15! is 120.
