Is there a page that has a list of all the censored words? I've run into a few words that to me didn't seem like they needed to be censored and people misinterpreted what I was talking about. Please post a link on this page if there is a page for the censored words. Thanks.
There is not, but it has been discussed before and a few people managed to make a little list of some of the non-swear words in one thread. Zophia had one too, but I am not sure if she still got it. The title should be somewhat similar to this if you wish to search for it, otherwise I can say that most swear words are on, a few sites that have been over advertised (my brute, fx) and a few misused words (ra-pe seems to be the most common), otherwise you should ask Carlie to come up with the list, as I think she is the one putting these words on the censor list.
gosh to many things are censored ......... i wrote something with 4 letters that was like not offensive at all and sumone thought i wrote f.u.c.k like 5 times........ and they were like ur like i dont complain like a moron to armorgames

the point is some words DO hurt others. it may sound weird but there are people out there who are very offended at those words. There is another side to it that we do have the right to say it and if they are offended tough
Yes, People might think that the swear you are using is meant for them and it could possibly start a flame war. And if spammers were allowed to use swear words then AG would be in complete chaos.

Not exactly. When you agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Armor Games, you agreed to abide by our Rules and Guidelines. Those Rules state that profanity is not allowed on this site. If you break that rule, it is within our rights to expel you from the site. We encourage freedom of speech, but there are definitely boundaries.

Censoring obscenities makes for an awfully weak case, because it doesn't limit your freedom to express your thoughts. You can still get any point you want to make across, it just forces you to use forms of expression that are acceptable to everyone. Being able to make any point you want is far more important for the notion of free speech than being able to curse while you say it. It's only a limitation imposed on the outer form, not on the contents of your speech.
We encourage freedom of speech, but there are definitely boundaries.
That's a big topic in our country (the Netherlands) and has become a worldwide issue over the years due to several 'important figures' in our government...
On this I agree with Carlie. You agreed with the rules when you signed up with AG, therefor you have to follow them. Plain and simple...
And, needless to say, it will always be a debatable topic, since every person has his own thoughts, ideas and values upon what's offensive and what's not. One simply has to think about what he/she writes on AG, before it's posted. And when it's already written and it offends people, be brave enough to accept that and sincerely apologize to them.
When I found the word 'dam.n' censored in one of my posts I laughed. Most people at the age of 7 know that word. :|
I bet most of them don't even use it as a swear word either. I use it to express disgust for my mistakes.
I would like to know all the censored words because I don't want to accidentally use one of them, thinking that they are ok to use and have my entire post ruined because of it. But understand why they would not give it to the general public.
