Is there a page that has a list of all the censored words? I've run into a few words that to me didn't seem like they needed to be censored and people misinterpreted what I was talking about. Please post a link on this page if there is a page for the censored words. Thanks.
I was playing an online game and talking to this guy, and I said document, so it starred it out, and the guy thought i cussed him so he left.
With words like that, we can censor them differently so that they won't star out in the middle of a word. If you find words like that, let me know and I can change it.
I'm suprised this got brought back up, I thought it had died. Anyways, couldn't you create a link that you first have to agree to terms to see, so that we can at least have a list of what we can and cannot say?
I doubt they will want to put a link to a list of profanities. Sometimes people post things by accident, and it is pretty easy to tell when it is a one-time thing, or someone who is cursing on purpose.

It might happen that you misspell a word (I can think of a few words that are one letter away from a swearword). Most of the time you an also tell from experience if the user is a filthy flamer or just some scapegoated that can't write very well.

That 'list' might teach some people words they didn't know yet, and we'd be worse off. And it's pretty obvious what words we shouldn't use (duh! Why do they call them swearwords!).
I bet most of them don't even use it as a swear word either. I use it to express disgust for my mistakes.
It's offensive in the U.S. But in England, you can say it (It's still a bit rude) along with 'bloody' (Which I've been pegged at for saying in the States also). Both those words are considered swearwords in the US but not in England, so English people have to be careful here...
